Dans le canton de Fribourg, 13 plans d’eau sont officiellement nommés «lacs». La Liberté part à leur découverte tout au long de l’été. Aujourd’hui, découverte du lac Noir, exploité depuis deux siècles mais menacé par un phénomène naturel.
