Un prêtre condamné pour attentat à la pudeur sur mineur

Justice • Le tribunal correctionnel de Tournai, en Belgique a condamné l’ancien curé de Neupré à 12 mois de prison avec un sursis de cinq ans, pour attentat à la pudeur et outrage public aux mœurs.

Le prêtre liégeois était incarcéré de manière préventive à Tournai depuis septembre 2015. Le jugement du tribunal confirme les deux accusations contre le prêtre: participation à attentat à la pudeur sur mineur et outrage public aux bonnes mœurs en présence d’un mineur. Les faits ne s'étaient pas passés dans les paroisses dont, il était curé.
